This antique, natural stone-build estate is located between Rome and Florence. It consists of a restored, three-storeyed main house that is built at the southern side of a mountain, as well as a smaller, two-storeyed , partly renovated adjacent building (12 m²) and a small ruin of a former stable that is restorable. The main house consists of 70 m² living area ( two rooms, combined kitchen and living room), 25 m² of usable area that might be transformed into living areas, and a storage room (11 m²). It is equipped with electricity, water (from own well), bath (shower, toilet), fire-place and a historical oven.
Possible renovated room altogether: around 140 m².
The secluded and elevated position guarantees paradisiacal quietness and a wonderful panorama view over the typical mountainous Tuscan landscape in the edge of the Apennines close to the border of Umbria. The property is 5400 m² big and consists of three levels of plateaux. A small brook runs through the lowest one.
The forest stand includes some olive trees, one walnut and one large fig tree. Downhill, the estate is a thick forest. The whole surrounding area is definitely not suitable for development.
